The environment at Tokay is very diverse, so there is a little bit of every culture represented at school! The Clubs on campus range from any idea you can think of. Almost all the teachers are amazing and care about their students and there is so many opportunities for growth. Our Performing Arts building is one I will cherish forever and will hold close to my heart, Mr. Jones as well. Amazing school overall!
I liked their sports programs! That is the the only reason I joined this high school. There should be more students involved in planning, creating, and working together to become better.
My experience at Tokay High school has been filled with mixed emotions, for the most part I feel like the school is trying to get more students involved with joining clubs, going to football games, and getting more involved with the school. Although I do feel Tokay High can sometimes make you feel left out, my senior year so far feels like the same group of individuals are running the year and not letting others get involved. I believe Tokay needs to work on making sure everyone is treated equally. I do believe Tokay is a good school overall, who is filled with teachers who truly care about their job, and want to see kids succeed after high school.
