I applied to this school because I wanted a new environment and a clean slate. My previous years of school were rough; I faced procrastinating tendencies as well as confusion, depression, and a resultant dip in my academic record. I wanted to be surrounded in empowerment—to be somewhere where I am encouraged to be independent... and Three Rivers Middle College exceedingly delivered these qualities. Upon transferring, I took pre-calc, intro to engineering, and Eng 101—three courses that I never expected to take. Being there and watching students help each other was an extremely positive experience. My teachers, principal, and even staff whose services I never attended cheered me on through the semester. Now, although I am taking calc I and electrical analysis—two classes that I’m terrified of—as well as two other courses, I plan to fight! TRMC is a wonderful place for me to get ready for college, and I am excited to see what the rest of my high school career brings!

The school is great. I love attending and I am very grateful I was given the opportunity to lave my last school. The only thing I would like to see change is the type of students attending. The school selection is lottery based but this type of school shouldn't be. The students should come in wanting to get college credits, but some kids attend because they got kicked out of their last school. This takes up a sot of a kid who could be getting free college credits.
Very good opportunity to take college classes. The professors are all very helpful and the classes are challenging. You also experience a college environment which helps you prepare for the future. The small school environment allows for you to be noticed and also allows easy access to help. The schools math teacher is very helpful and helps you to succeed. The schools food is not good but there is an option to buy food from the college cafeteria.
