I remember those days at Thomas Middle School, and I remember the radiant personality of the teachers who made going to class at Thomas Middle School an unforgettable experience. I also had many opportunities to build on my team skills. I also remember some of the great projects, one of which included designing a Google logo as part of a contest and getting to vote on and see the other students creative designs. One time I even learned a song that I still remember to help remember those helpful helping verbs! I also remember improving my spelling by playing a spelling bee game as a class activity! The science labs were also enthralling and the material in social studies peaked my curiosity. The classroom experience also often incorporated good discussion, and gym class sparked my energy. I also remember some of the fun jargon I learned in math class to help me remember formulas which totally worked. Thomas Middle School also regularly hosted cool events.
Thomas middle school is a positive and great environment for kids to be pushed and prepared for highschool. All the teachers really care about the success of the students as well. Overall I gained so much as it relates to great relationships, great habits to help me in highschool and how to push my self to be better everyday.
It's really a great school but they don't realize that some kids are vaping all the time or drugs or what the child actually does. They are very involved but if they could see what some of those kids do it would be a shock. Some of the teachers are a little odd or too harsh some just start talking about their life for 20 minutes and then go back to teaching so that is a little annoying.
