Theodore Roosevelt Senior High School Reviews
Rating 3.39 out of 5 101 reviews
It's an outstanding school the programs and activities they have are great. The teachers are respectful but the only thing I think they should change is the dress code and let students wear what they would like to wear. I would also change how they allow students in now. Scanning in always takes a long time and makes students get late to their classes because of the long lines. Other than that its a great school the classic is a very big part the history sports everything and the new mural programs are very exciting. Especally the new builds they are adding to the campus its nice to see that they are involing the students in to a lot of things.
Great opportunities here. Whether you are looking into a career in STEM, Law, or Medical, the Pathway programs at Roosevelt allow you to focus on your future and dream careers. There is great school spirt, sports, culture/history, and several clubs for students to join. The teachers really want their students to succeed and they are really easy to get along with, never had teachers as great as the ones here at Roosevelt. The college corner gives students great opportunities and resources for college, financial aid, scholarships, etc. Currently I'm a Sophmore at Roosevelt and with the help of the college corner I have taken several college courses (all fees paid for by RHS) and I am currently almost done with finishing my first 2 years of college for UC's or CSU's.
I am a current a sophomore attending at Roosevelt and I am apart of the Law and Public pathway. My experience so far has been great, my teachers are constantly pushing all of us to do more and try to inform us about as many possible opportunities as they can. There is also a lot of clubs you can join and college prep programs that can help set you up for success.
