Something that I love about Roosevelt High School is the programa that they can offer you like the nursing one I’m actually part of it you learn really nursing stuff and you can work in a clinic after high school but is not just that, the staff is really nice and passionate about their jobs that make every thing much better, but there are some technical things to fix like the restroom, the cleaning in the school and a little more of discipline more security to be specific.

I would recommend people who live near Chicago to go to this school. Roosevelt offers CTE classes which would prepare us to work in the future. I’m currently in the Cisco Networking class & it’s a great class I would recommmend to go to. This class allows us to go to educational field trips, make our own apps, create allies , & cyber security. Other than CTE , our school has a huge diversity of people. Also, Roosevelt is the #1 most improved from the northside of CPS ! Lastly, the classes our school has are challenging. I take AP US History & it’s challenging because you have to take your time to read from a text & take notes at the same time. Our school will keep improving & showing people that our school is a great & educational school kids will be allowed to learn from. I hope this school will show kids to never be afraid to go to a school that’s full of ignorant people. It’s a school for everyone and I would recommend people to be welcomed at our school.
From various websites or talk from people, Roosevelt high school may be seen as a low standard school with poor academics. However, this is simply not true as the student body at Roosevelt values educations and strives for success and overall a better future. The staff and faculty are very kind and helpful, teachers often treat students more like friends, which makes learning easier and creates strong bonds between each other.
