I love Theiss Elementary School! My oldest son attended Theiss from K through 5th grade. He had a very positive experience and enjoyed his teachers very much. My youngest son is currently a student at Theiss and loves his school! After many years of being a Theiss Tiger parent, I finally got the opportunity to teach music at Theiss Elementary. My fellow teachers as well as the principals are excellent here. I've been on both sides now - as parent and teacher - and I have always felt welcome and just like I was part of the wonderful Theiss family! I finally feel like I'm home.

My children have been attending Theiss for 3.5 years now. There are so many different rating agencies out there, so comparing them all and calculating the TEA’s most recent findings, Theiss is the best rated elementary school. It is the only one in Klein that received every single designation. The teachers, staff, and principal are the nicest people I have ever met. The students and events keep the culture alive, which is driven by a wonderful PTO. What is even more amazing than Theiss is the whole Memorial Northwest community. Every student has the option to walk or bike to school (elem or middle). This elementary school is worth a look if comparing schools! I wouldn’t recommend any other. :)

Dedicated teachers and staff are at the heart of this school. The community involvement is also a crucial component to the success of the students at Theiss. The building is in need of upgrades. Hopefully the funds from the bonds will be put to good use for this!
