Weber's administration seems to ignore issues with the school, moving too quickly to have new programs while abandoning good old ones, including everything from academic programs to student activities. The administration also seems to just be enamored with themselves and is grossly understaffed in critical areas liked technology, counseling and learning support, and administration. A lack of meaningful student life programming has caused school culture to go downhill and has fueled a lack of motivation for clubs. Meanwhile, the school doesn't have consistent good judgement in hiring good teachers (many of the bad ones leave after a year) and allows too many teachers to hold personal grudges/be nasty towards students while playing favorites. College counseling has been a joke, though it was recently improved. I've had both good and bad experiences at the school previously, but this past year they were beyond horrible.

The Weber school is truly incredible. I really enjoyed my time at the weber school and learned a lot of life lessons and grew into a very mature, optimistic, and appreciative person. The only setbacks it has is that it is very small and has lost a lot of the Jewish connection. The teachers are extremely accommodating and there for you on both a personal and academic level. I got into my dream college and the honors program there and would not have at ANY other school so I am beyond grateful for the Weber school and how it has allowed me to reach my fullest potential.
The Weber School has given me incredible opportunities in academics and extracurriculars and has given me the opportunity to take on many leadership positions. I have been very impressed with my teachers and administrators, whom I have partnered with to plan many school programs.
