It was a blast to be a part of such a School of Life! I enjoyed certain staff members and I enjoyed Some of the Administration.
During my four years attending Savannah High, I really enjoyed myself . I made new friends and built bonds with my teachers . These years were eye opening and taught me a lot about myself and what I wanted in the future.
I enjoyed attending this school. The teachers truly cared and proved it. The school system is what failed. There were some classes that didn’t have enough books and programs that were closed. However, the teachers did their very best to adapt and work through those situations. They supported all of their students and always let you know they were there to lend a helping hand.
My experience at this school was one to remember and enjoy. The teachers I had were very enjoyable and caring. Whenever I needed help with something or had a problem they were always there helping me along the way. The students can sometimes be disruptive but for the most part the environment is moderate with a setting that is Ok for learning. They have good programs for students to engage in that not only expand on their knowledge but also on their behavior as an individual. These programs are helping and keeping more students to want to come to school and to actually enjoy it. Attending this high school has taught me many things and have opened my eyes to things that will help me with my learning and also my life style.
Savannah High isn't a school known for academics. The teachers don't attempt to challenge the students because either the students don't understand or they never attempt to. I spent most of my time reading, since I completed my assignments early, and from the way students and teachers reacted you would've thought they never saw a student read. The school definitely needs a tutoring system and a college readiness program.
Savannah High, even with a bad reputation was a pretty good school. When in the Criminal Justice Program was introduced, the school as a whole took an immediate academic turn for the better. The teachers were passion about the future of their students and sports was a big factor in the high school experience. There was not much diversity, however the students connected very well with the teachers even after graduation.
Savannah High School of Liberal studies give students many opportunities to pursue there career's.There are so many clubs and after school activities that you can get involved in. When I first Came to Savannah High I chose music as my path way. This held me with my voice to pursue my career as a singer. After a while the music program of Savannah created a acapella group, this gave me opertunities to preform infront of others.Altho Savannah High is a good school to pursue a career I feel they are a little unorganize the way the no things. With all that said this is a good school but there is still room for Improvement
At the School of Liberal Studies I really appreciated the strong support system. Employees who were not teachers made sure they were able to do all they could for the students to achieve. Although the support system was great I feel as if it is very unorganized with certain events within the school. Overall I do give the school a four star rating, but still have room for improvement.
Upon walking into Savannah High, the school greets you with a huge staircase and students transitioning to and from classes. Its not the most relaxing school in America, but what school is not.
Although there are some challenging classes, the overall curriculum of academics is not that challenging. The workload is much heavier if you're in AP classes. For the average person, the workload is bearable. There are many tutoring options and after school activities. The teachers are usually willing to help in any way they can and some provide chances of extra credit.
Students stay after school for sports and clubs a lot. It keeps them out of trouble and
I wouldn't do it again. We don't really have books and the kids destroy the technology that we have. Its not so much the school as it is the kids there
Teachers for what they can in the environment they're in. My school is located in the middle of a bad neighborhood and the students aren't what you would call star students. Its also kind in of dangerous to attend my school. Some people from my school get in trouble a lot and even go to jail. A boy even died from getting shot. The teachers are brave to work in my school and they have a lot of patience.
The cafeteria worker's cant cook.
we need more people to lead Dr.Channil Scott
They never do anything right.
My experience at this school has had it's ups and downs but has been amazing. I wouldn't choose another school to go to if I could do it again. I've met some of the most amazing teachers and some of my best friends. The basketball games and prom will probably be my favorite experiences and I've enjoyed my high school years at this school.
