The diversity of cultures and personalities and backgrounds in this school made attending such a wonderful, interesting experience. With fascinating classmates, compassionate teachers, and intriguing classes, there was no better school for me to attend. One minor gripe I hold with The Potter's House, however, is that I was not efficiently prepared for the academic rigor of college. I would have preferred there to be more lessons on how to study, how to seek help, and how to write different kinds of essays.

The Potter's House High School has a lot of aspects that go into its success. The main thing is the teachers. The teachers truly care about you as a person, not just as a student. They care that you are safe and mentally secure, as well as that you are doing well in school. While there are not as many academic options as other schools, the school has many options, and are continually in the process of adding more classes. My favorite thing about the school is the amazing diversity in experience and culture. The school has representation by students from over forty countries, and it is wonderful to be able to walk down the hall and hear many different languages being spoken at the same time.
The Potter's House High school is a great Christian school that strives on community and works hard to support their students academically which is why I enjoy attending this school. Since my first two years of going to this school, my grades have increased from a D average to a B+ average.
