From The Post Oak School

Post Oak offers a comprehensive education from infancy through high school, which includes the International Baccalaureate diploma program for grades 11 and 12. Students at each level benefit from carefully prepared environments, including a second campus dedicated to adolescent development that accesses partner institutions in the Museum District, Texas Medical Center, and downtown. As lifelong learners, our students develop academic, social, and entrepreneurial skills that help them pursue their passions and live purposeful, successful lives.

Mixed-Year Age Groups

In Post Oak's learning environments, mixed-age groups (with two- to three-year-age ranges) allow students to take on a series of roles in the classroom, from mentee to mentor. Under the guidance of their teacher, students come to school to live together, learn from each other, and engage in this collaborative process.
