The Kinkaid School Reviews
Rating 4.25 out of 5 100 reviews
I think the kinkaid school is an amazing place, although if you don't stay on track with the activities its very easy to slip behind your grades start dropping but as this happened to me, I started informing my friends and advisors. The community is so caring and and nice if you are enrolling here it's an amazing idea! You do have to interview but they will welcome you with open arms. Their program for children to not get left out is amazing nobody goes through something hard alone! The campus is beautiful they have amazing playgrounds that you can visit during recess although as a middle schooler playgrounds are taken away but free time is amazing you can visit a teacher to talk about a problem in their class. There are amazing counsellors and people to talk to.
Kinkaid is an AMAZING school. Students are nice, and the teachers are supportive and caring. Everyone who goes here actually likes school! I highly recommend going!
As a recent graduate, I look back on my four years in the Upper School as the best years of my life. Every part of Kinkaid is exceptional: teachers put massive amounts of effort into lessons and love their students, sports teams are competitive every year, the deans are very hands-on and extremely helpful in the college admissions process, the administration listens to the students' opinions (most of the time), and the overall school community is tight-knit, supportive, and energetic.
That said, Kinkaid is what YOU make it. It is not worth the cost of tuition to go to Kinkaid and enroll in only on-level courses, not join sports teams or become involved in the arts (or both!), neglect becoming a member of or founding a club, not join one of the millions of student councils, and so on and so forth. Kinkaid offers its students a massive array of opportunity and experiences, but it is up to the student at the end of the day. Take advantage of them, and you'll learn to love the school.
