The Homewood Center Reviews

Homewood was one of the best experiences for me because I learned even with a mental disability, if you keep working for it, you're not just going to get there, you are going to be off to the right direction. Which was what all the teachers wanted best for me/hoped for. It was also the staff and my teachers who were working hard. I couldn't have done it without them, as they showed me ways to get pass setbacks. Coming there to learn, I took the opportunity to succeed the school year. I couldn't concentrate on my homework, classwork, quizzes, and tests, which was actually kinda a lot to deal with. It felt like my world was falling apart many times because of it. With their encouragements and all their support, and resilience I still got good grades. And my concentration became better after graduation just by trying some more. Once I graduated I decided to keep going. I did graduate in the middle of a pandemic. I realized at this time, that my whole experience was really something...
Amazing place for kids with Emotional and Physical disabilities like me! Staff is amazingly supportive and they give us every chance to be normal kids.
