There is no other school like Hockaday. Our teachers challenge us with new topics and ideas in our studies, but also come out to support us in sports events and fine arts showcases. The friends that I have made at Hockaday compare to no where else. I always know that I can trust them, and, most importantly, make me laugh. Lastly, I know that after graduating that I will feel prepared to take on the world with both its exciting adventures and challenges with confidence after the Hockaday education I have received on lessons for in and outside of the classroom. Hockaday can at times be challenging but cultivates an inclusive, supportive, and positive community that I am proud to be a part of.

Hockaday's faculty, administration and community has supported our girls as they have grown into confident and strong young women. We now have a 16 year old and an 13 year old and it's clear that they think big, work hard, follow through and exhibit strong leadership qualities. We are thrilled with the investment we have made in their futures and we are confident that they will lead limitless lives filled with accomplishments and the ability to overcome any obstacle life brings.
After attending Hockaday for 15 years I have become attached to every aspect of the school. By not having to concern myself with silly things like trying to impress boys, I have been able to focus solely on learning. I have been taught how to manage my time, while also enjoying things outside of school. There is always support from everyone. Not only do your peers support you in every way but, the teachers are always there to help. Hockaday has taught me so many life skills that I will be able to take with me wherever I go in life. I am incredibly grateful for everything that Hockaday has given me.
