The Highlands school is a faith filled, family friendly, and high academic school seeking to educate and encourage it’s students. What makes The Highlands great is the family environment that welcomes you in with open arms. This school has taught me that even through the toughest times there are people who love, support, and pray for you. My favorite event of the school year is homecoming week. The entire week is filled with fun activities like the annual dodgeball game to the yearly football and volleyball powder puff games between the juniors and seniors, ending with the biggest football game of the year. The Highlands School is an amazing school for your child to attend!

As an alum, I have all the confidence in the world that the students who attend the Highlands are transformed in better students, athletes, musicians, friends, and people. The school offers a wide range of clubs and activities that anyone can participate in if they are dedicated and self disciplined. This place teaches its students to pursue the truth in their academics, reach out to others in their community through mission trips and service projects, and become better everyday through the constant support of the faculty, the other students, and our Lord’s graces.
I am an alumna of The Highlands School (class of 2018) and can say with an honest heart that this school has changed my life. The priests and consecrated women have helped me develop a relationship with God through the sacraments readily available, spiritual direction, and formation classes. The teachers have given me a competent academic foundation which I am using at the University of Dallas. It has been such a a relief to walk into a rigorous college having already been introduced to the greatest truths. Recently my professor was discussing a paper with me. He said, "You're from The Highlands? They know how to teach writing." I came to THS as a sophomore. It was difficult to adjust academically, but my teachers were so devoted on a personal level that I caught up. My class of 22 girls seemed like we had always been friends. The small class size was very productive with plenty of attention and time from the teachers. All the memories of this school will rest in my heart forever.
