The Harvey School is a place in which there is mental growth in all aspects. The teachers educate in a way that stimulates the students. They go out of their way to make sure everything is being understood with extra help whenever it is needed. In this school, every student counts and is attended to; not only in an educational manner. They check on students, they make sure students can trust the faculty and students rely on that. You can find students in a faculty members office at anytime, relating personal or school problems. It's not only a school, it's a family of sorts.

The Harvey School is truly filled with opportunities. Unlike other schools, the Harvey School has the ability to provide help for each student due to its small size class. It also has a range of electives that other high schools lack. For example, animal behavior, woman in world history, bioethics and service learning.
The Harvey School provides students an unpressured environment to learn, explore, and find their passions and interests. Since the class sizes are so small, kids have the chance to meet with their teachers when they need help so they never fall behind. There is so much tolerance for differences in thought and style that kids feel comfortable to be themselves. My daughter has truly become a scholar in her year here because she hasn't been overwhelmed by pressure and anxiety. It's the perfect environment to develop a zest for learning and to take risks and try new things. We feel lucky to be here.
