The Hartsbrook School Reviews

I'm a parent of 4 children at the school. We've never seen a set of more loving and caring faculty, while also maintaining high academic standards. Hartsbrook puts a big focus on nurturing who the child is while also ensuring they can work well in a group, not just individually. With a working farm on premise, the students get tons of outdoor time either playing or performing farm chores. The school de-emphasizes media consumption in younger children, standardized testing, and grades. We often hear stories of college professors raving about how strong Waldorf students are in college. We strongly recommend this school to everyone we meet in the area.

The Hartsbrook School brings a fresh approach to what today’s children need. The teaching staff is amazing and sees each child for who they are. The academics are strong and balanced with practical arts, music and time outside. It has been refreshing to meet a student body of kids that are able to make eye contact, speak their minds and seem to have a direction forward!
This Is a great community. Everyone is welcoming and there to help. This is a school with a great teaching style and vision. In class everyone is there to reach a common goal of learning. This is a school that wants you to have many experiences that will broaden your understanding and possibly discover a new passion you may not have known existed.
