    Kindergarten Wetlands Project: A First Science Symposium Experience

    The wetlands unit is a great example of Evergreen's deep-dive project-based approach, pulling together academic concepts, social and emotional learning, skill-building, and thinking about bigger questions. From observation in our campus wetlands, to research and work in the BIG Lab makerspace, to a final much-awaited presentation day for their families, students encounter so much in one project!
