I have greatly enjoyed my time at ECG, and I will surely be sad to leave it! ECG is a tight knit community of like-minded individuals invested in academics, and this creates a competitive yet quite engaging and encouraging environment for students. The academics are a great deal of work, but nothing that the average ECG student cannot handle. I have especially appreciated my experiences with freshman and sophomore English, History, and Calculus classes.

I loved attending ECG! It is a small community, which I personally enjoyed. I loved my grade members and got to know each one of them, but did not get to know some of the other grade members as much. The work is definitely more than a regular high school, especially in sophomore year. Most teachers are amazing--intelligent and talented. In the second two years at this school, we take college courses on campus, which is a very new and interesting experience, as well as very good preparation for college.
Lots of great teachers, great program for upperclassmen, college experience while still in high school, respect and trust given by faculty and teachers, taking college classes, lots of AP opportunities, very diverse school. A little competitive, not your typical high school (little drama compared to other high schools in county). No sports; play for your home high school.
