I loved attending ECG! It is a small community, which I personally enjoyed. I loved my grade members and got to know each one of them, but did not get to know some of the other grade members as much. The work is definitely more than a regular high school, especially in sophomore year. Most teachers are amazing--intelligent and talented. In the second two years at this school, we take college courses on campus, which is a very new and interesting experience, as well as very good preparation for college.

The Early College at Guilford is an unforgettable experience that allows students to learn from various aspects of their education. Besides the academic challenges we are given, we are also encouraged to broaden our social horizons beginning with a family like atmosphere around the Early College student body, teachers, and staff, as well as the Guilford College community.
Most of the teachers at this school are so dedicated and amazing!!

They really work hard to give us the best education in whatever topic they are teaching as possible. In addition, many teachers try to incorporate different yet related subjects and topics into their lessons. The classes are definitely challenging and, I might dare to say, even harder than the AP exams themselves. I feel very well-prepared for the upcoming standardized examinations.

That being said, there are one or two teachers who don't really put in as much effort, but they are the abnormalities. Mostly all of the teachers are very knowledgable and dedicated.
