The Christian Academy has prepared me so well for college. I went to college with a feeling of confidence because I knew that I was taught very well in high school. The staff are so nice and helpful. I appreciate TCA so much!

Overall, I definitely loved this school. It's a small school, so it's easy for everyone to know everyone and become a family. Although people still had their friend groups, people were willing to accept anyone if they wanted to sit with them at lunch. My favorite part of TCA would definitely be the high school retreats because it was such an experience to go to a camp ground and talk to people who you've never talked to before, chill out, play games, and also worship with other believers. This school is like no other because it's so welcoming and less judgmental than any public school. Even though it's mainly a place for believers of Christ (hence, The Christian Academy), any religion can go there and feel welcomed and hopefully through times of worship and bible classes be brought to Christ.
Overall, my experience at The Christian Academy has been good. I really appreciate how everyone knows each other for the most part because of the small amount of students, which built a close community within the student body. From high school to middle school and even to elementary school, everyone has seen everybody and most know each other. For the most part the teachers have been great in showing their care for us, helping out those who come for help, and building good relationships with us. The academics are challenging and can sometimes even feel overbearing. However, the academics do seem to prepare us well for a college education. The biblical teaching has been very helpful in allowing us to know more about God while having our faith and knowledge strengthened. The chapels and retreats also allow for spiritual growth, worship, and a lot of fun to take place at the same time. The school does not offer as much in extracurricular activities and clubs than your average school, which has some potential for me to hesitate choosing to go to The Christian Academy if I could do it all over again. However, the overall experience has been good and helpful for the future. I am glad that God allowed for me to have a nice Christian education at The Christian Academy.
