The Charter School of Wilmington Reviews
Rating 3.88 out of 5 326 reviews
This is my first year at CSW and, so far, it has been wonderful! I am being challenged with my work while being given the right amount of assistance and support from teachers. They provide many opportunities for their kids through their clubs and resources (though mainly focusing on science and math; they have no resources for arts). Nonetheless, the facilities themselves aren't that great. The building itself is quite old, and many rooms aren't well-kept.
Challenging academically for our students, but engagement with some faculty lacking. Overall very happy though!
The Charter School of Wilmington in Wilmington, Delaware is the best high school in Delaware in preparation for college! It is THE high school that offers science, technology, engineering and math focus. Many college students that attended CSW have told me that they were better prepared for college than many of their college classmates that attended different high schools! I have even been told that college is easier than CSW. If you are looking for a high school to challenge you the Charter School of Wilmington is for you! You will be surrounded with teachers and diverse classmates that will inspire to think critically, problem solve and collaborate. The students at CSW are driven to give their best. The rigorous environment is filled with hard working students. The Charter School of Wilmington promotes academic excellence but that’s not all they have a rich history of community service and offer diverse experiences to build and foster the future leaders!
