Bryn Mawr has been great for our daughter. She started kindergarten this year (2019-2020), and was having an amazing time with her teachers and friends on campus in the fall/winter. Due to the nationwide pandemic, we've transitioned to home learning, and the transition has been great. She is able to interact with her teachers and friends on daily video calls and access her daily assignments on school provided Ipads. It's so well organized and we've been very happy. We're looking forward to getting back to campus (whenever it is safe to do so)!

If you want an exceedingly welcoming environment, a beautiful campus, and nurturing teachers and staff members, Bryn Mawr if the place for you/your child. I came to Bryn Mawr in the ninth grade and, surprisingly enough, the transition was great. I was a very shy person at that time, so it could be difficult for me to make friends sometimes, but through their summer buddy system, open house events, and running cross country before the actual school year started, I made friends with ease. You can easily take classes at Gilman or RPCS, so you get to have classes with all girls and co-ed classes. The arts community is amazing, and the athletics are pretty good too. However, my favorite thing about Bryn Mawr was how much I was pushed out of my comfort zone. I’m still introverted (it’s not a bad thing), but I’m significantly more willing to meet new people, go to new places, and be outside of my comfort zone. All in all, going to Bryn Mawr is the best choice I could have made!
My experience at Bryn Mawr has been extremely rewarding. I instantly fell in love with the community aspect the moment I stepped onto Canvas. This community drives the daily life of the school, whether it be in class, during sports games, or when we gather as a school daily. My teachers push me to be my best but are very supportive and constantly willing to lend a helping hand. My entire class is there for each other whether for serious reasons or just to have fun. My teammates are the highlight of my day and I know they are always there for me! As a whole, Bryn Mawr has helped me develop and grow in more ways than I could have ever imagined and I would not want it any other way!
