When I first started to go to The Accelerated School was when I started kindergarten. I remember the first day I was crying because I was scared and I did not understand anyone because I did not know english. I met teachers who made feel comfortable and helped me when I was struggling. I grew up with the same teachers and friends it felt like a little community. I am currently about to start my senior year and I can say that there were a lot things that I would like for school to improve on but overall it was a good experience because I met teachers who are passionate in what they do and I grew up along my friends who made the experience better. If I had the power to go back in time and choose what school I can attend to I will still choose The Accelerated School despise all the flaws the school has, I met great people who created an impact in my life and I would not change that for a "better" school.

The Accelerated Schools goal is to send every child to the college of their choosing, I think every teacher has the intention to help every child but only the majority achieve it, some of the new teachers struggle some do not. Some teachers really push their students and give them insight on how college classes will be. It is difficult but bearable. Overall I believe the teachers are great but can improve by helping students who are struggling and communicating more with their students.
When I was younger there were more programs that I was interested in, now their are less programs. Their are clubs like the homework club, fashion club, safe club, track club and many other clubs. The most popular clubs are homework club where they give access to the computer lab to work on homework. Track is also popular because they give access to the gym and a lot people go and workout on the equipment or play sports.
