Holy Cross is honestly an average school— not great, not terrible. The administration is less than ideal— they focus on enforcing minute rules like the skirt lengths over ensuring the success of students or the motivation of teachers. Teachers at Holy Cross should be paid more, because if they were paid more, they would be more motivated to work to their full potentials as educators. Holy Cross also doesn’t offer paid maternity leave, which is highly disappointing. The academics are fine, but could be better. Overall, a pretty decent experience, but I don’t think I would re-enroll if given the opportunity.

I attended the Academy in recent years and I will forever be a proud LOTA. Holy Cross more than prepared me to take on college as an independent and academically sound young woman of course, compassion, and scholarship. I am thankful to my high school for the amazing friends and endless connections that it has provided me and I know that no other school would've have shaped me in the way that AHC has. While I would like to see improvements made, such as a larger range of AP courses offered, stronger/ more rigorous STEM classes, and, most importantly, a increase in the administration's willingness to truly hear the girls' thoughts and feelings about decisions made by the school which directly impact them, I am more than aware that AHC is truly one of the best academic institutions out there. I would recommend it a million times over if I could.
This school truly change my life. I was never the best student, but they made sure to help me whenever and however they could to achieve success. Their music program, to be completely honest, is the best thing that has ever happened to me. I wouldn't have survived without it. What a fantastic group of people. Forever grateful to Holy Cross!
