While there didn't seem to be many problems with the general policies, the administration is substandard. The one "counselor" is rude and not helpful in any capacity, and the superintendent is only focused on the boys' basketball team, and he influences the school board to shift way too much of the budget to athletics and neglects other programs such as one act play and academic competitions.

Being a small school, there weren't as many extracurricular opportunities offered; however, if a student wanted to be involved in an extracurricular activity, they were almost guaranteed a spot as long as they met all the eligibility requirements and put in the effort.
I didn't feel as though I would be able to function well in college or the real world after high school, simply because the classes focused on state testing rather than actually teaching the students what they needed to know and what would help them later in life.
