The teachers make the difference here. They help the students find and develop their areas of strength while helping students work on areas of weakness by offering before or after-school tutoring for students, rewriting opportunities within their writing program, a math program that promotes different methods to problem solving, and leadership opportunities.
TCMS has amazing teachers who are prepared to assist you in every way, especially during Coronavirus times. I would recommend TCMS, but the facilities are very small, with no indoor cafeteria, library, gym shower, an atrium, and a gym to host indoor sports games and events. Some students are also a bit racist and use inappropriate language and symbols.
TCMS's curriculum is very rigorous. Students can expect more home work than typical middle schools require. The students are also better prepared when they leave TCMS than those students who were not as challenged.
