Temple Israel of Hollywood Day School Reviews
Rating 5 out of 5 2 reviews
We absolutely love The Briskin School (Temple Israel of Hollywood)! As soon as we toured the school, we knew we had to be a part of this community and this unbelievable educational curriculum. The way the school emphasizes kindness and community impressed us as well. The music and drama programs are wonderful as well as the fine arts - there's a stunning art show at the end of the year and 2 all school music/drama/dance shows during the year. The PE program is beloved and there's a new sports/activity field.
Below, I've given the school a good diversity rating because we have a lot of LGBT families, single parents and non Jewish parents... so it's a different kind of diversity, but it was actually very important to our family that we find this kind of diversity. We are just so impressed with this school and the children's readiness for middle school afterwards.

I've been a parent here for years: two kids have graduated and gone on to high school and my youngest is still at the TIOH/Briskin Elementary School. We have been extremely satisfied. The school challenges and nurtures at all academic levels. Our whole family feels at home when we are at the school. The faculty and admin work continually to update programs and teaching methods. It's a very dynamic and evolving curriculum.
