I loved the people (both students and staff) I met and got to know over the years. I'll forever deeply cherish the memories made. The reason I wouldn't say 5 stars is because of how rowdy kids can get, and the staff aren't really effective in controlling them or taking preventive measures against them. Also, we're often confused or behind on what's going on because we're rarely updated and there's frequent disorganization. Otherwise, I'd recommend the school because of it's vast opportunities via its many programs. I would say, they should have more clubs (like culture/ethnic clubs); one more thing: let the general STUDENT body elect SGA officers, thanks!
Tampa bay technical high school has a vastly variety of programmed that works allied with the student passion and goals to reach them to there desired career successfully. Tampa bay tech was at first a campus for a community college so it’s relatively big, enough for everyone to have there personal space and has all the resources needed to push through the programs. In my perspective the teachers are very human just like everyone else and are willing to work with you to make it the best way to educate you , even have labs in our senior year that provides hands on learning for those who need visuals. Tech has a little bit for everyone and i lived my best years there!
My experience at Tampa Bay Tech. has been amazing! I love the teachers, the atmosphere and I made great friends. My counselor did a great job with helping me with signing up for the best classes and also dual enrollment admission process. I feel like I will be ready to enter the workforce straight out of high school with my diploma as a PT Aide. It’s a great school overall.
