Overall it's ok. The new location has decreased the satisfaction people have here. There's almost no diversity and classes are very slow and behind those at public schools. Most teachers are nice but many seem like they are not technically qualified to do what they do. Things have improved a lot since we got new administration, though. Baby steps

I have worked at TBCA for the past few years, and been in education for almost 20 years. I love the school. Our kids are the greatest. Our teachers love to teach, are proficient in their craft, and love the students and families we serve. Our administrative is always supportive. They are always seeking to improve our resources and technology.
My daughters are challenged daily. Both are achieving well beyond grade level. Their teachers stretch them and care about them. They just got laptops for every student in upper school. On the recent testing they did both are above grade level nationally and they have grown more than one grade level in just half a year.
