I had a great experience at this school! Most of the teachers are nice, and the facilities too (although the cafeteria food is not good). I feel like I actually learned stuff in my time here. There are a wide variety of after-school clubs and activities that are fun. I made lots of new friends and meet so many people from lots of backgrounds, as this is a very diverse school.

A beautiful school surrounded by athletic fields that are rarely used. School spirit seems to extend only to the magnet program. Constant safety issues. Assaults and bullying have been a constant in our child's experience, and while I commend the teachers and administration for attempting to resolve the issues, their efforts have not helped our child.

TPMS is very diverse--on paper. But it is also very class stratified, much like the rest of Montgomery County--and although the school has mediation programs nothing seems to be done to bridge those divides, or ensure the safety of every student.
I had an amazing experience in the math, science, and computer science magnet program with some truly incredible teachers and peers.
