Tabernacle Christian School Reviews

The school is very out of date. It has little to no advanced technology coming into play. There are a total of four electives out of class that students are forced to choose from. The teaching is mediocre, with some teachers being great, while others being lackluster. The theology is unwaveringly forward-minded, having the "our way or no way" mentality. The Physical education here isn't very good. It happens every Tuesday and Thursday for highschoolers, and consists mainly of just random games chosen by the PE teacher. We have a "physical education test" which consists of a mile jog and 10 push-ups, Sit-ips, etc. Overall, the school is very disappointing. It has several good moments sprinkled in with a lot of bad ones. If there is a good thing I can definitely say about the school is that the faculty here really do care about the students.

Here is a strong point of Tabernacle: it's safety. All exits and entrances are equipped with camera surveillance and locked doors. The back building has the same feature, and is surrounded by a fence. Several teachers have guns on them and have several other guns locked away about the school. They have a well-stocked medicinal cabinet. One problem is that they dont have an official nurse's office for people to go if they are sick/injured.
There are several teachers that give their ALL to give you a proper education in the subject they're teaching, while others are lackluster in their passion. Not everyone who needs help in a certain class will get it. Certain teachers here have a very short fuse when it comes to their temper, so watch out for that. The few I first mentioned are absolutely outstanding, and don't fit in with the other mediocre teachers.
