T. Dewitt Taylor Middle/High School Reviews
Rating 3.6 out of 5 153 reviews
There aren’t enough classes to choose from along with educational, vocational, and extracurricular programs. There are no IB league classes available for students to attend. The administrators don’t do much regarding bad student behavior not matter how many times the same student gets in trouble. Not to mention, the counselors have no idea of what they’re doing half the time and have awful communication skills. There is a lot of favoritism towards funding certain sports, clubs, and electives. Overall, the school needs a major update in administration and more educational opportunities.
T Dewitt Taylor is more than a school it is a family. Since it is on the smaller scale you have a nice at home feeling which you cannot get anywhere else. You are more than a number and you can deeply find connections with students and teachers with them remembering you for years to come!
I have been going to this school since my 6th grade year. It’s a small school and everyone knows everyone which is great. The staff is very welcoming as-well as the students. There are many sports and extra circulars that you can take. I would definitely recommend this school to other students looking to be in sports as well as better academics.
