I had to finish High School here after moving from San Bernadino,Ca. Consequently I only needed 1 semester of English credit to graduate my Senior year. The scholastic system at this school was awful, if it weren't for the Music and Drama departments I would have considered exposure to this school criminal! Now I see a post from an old friend touting that this school is rated as one of the best in America. That is total BS, would you please quit misleading people and tell them the truth. Their school stinks so they will know and hopefully fix it!

My experience at Sylan Hills High School has been great! I have had many oppurtunities at SHHS that I wouldn't have at my old school. The teachers, staff, and students are like a community within the school. I like Sylvan Hills because it has teachers and staff that care about the students.
Overall, I have loved my experience at Sylvan Hills High School and I wouldn't trade it for anything. The teachers and staff are amazing. They truly care about their students. They do all they can to teach us and make sure we are learning, as well as making sure we are okay outside of the classroom. A handful of my teachers have really stood out to me because of how passionate they are about teaching; because of this, I really want to be a teacher. I want to help students just like my teachers helped me. The principals are also amazing. They're fun to be around but know how to get serious when they need to. They help us get involved with our community as well as various things around the school. All that I would change is the campus, but it is in the process of being renovated and built right now! The new building that we are getting will really boost my school and community. I'm proud to say that I will graduate from Sylvan Hills High School in May 2018.
