There's has never been another school I felt I truly felt apart of. Throughout these few years, SUU has shaped me into becoming better. SUU is filled with resources that help me pass my classes with flying colors, Their faculty and staff truly care about your success. Not only does SUU worry about your success as a student, they also worry about keeping you happy and motivated here in Cedar City by planning activities every week. I have made so many friends and connections here that I wouldn't have without this university. SUU is the best school ever!
Throughout my last three years of SUCCESS, my classmates became family. You spend so much time together, encouraging each other, studying together, and supporting each other. The school load is difficult but the people make it better. My teachers were all so amazing and supportive and always helped us succeed. We took difficult classes very early and they made us understand them, ex. we took physics freshman year.
I love how involved the counselors are-- the school is small enough that they know each student's individual situation and are very helpful in planning/fixing schedules, registration for classes, and finding scholarship opportunities. The principal is awesome, and the math teacher Miss Stoker is amazing! We also got lots and lots of preparation for the ACT, which was really helpful. We got to take it freshman year as well as junior year and the
extra practice really paid off.
I love going here; I love the accelerated courses and the high expectations the teachers and staff have for the students.
