I really like all the teachers. Especially at my first year there in 6th grade, I had very welcoming teachers who were always willing to help explain any problems. Also, the 0-period program is really great because you can get PE out of the way to take more academic classes, like Spanish. To add onto that, Mrs. Moon is a great teacher for orchestra, as well as the other band teachers there. The music program is amazing! Also, the more recent STEM program is a great way for more kids to learn about opportunities in the STEM field at a young age.

As a whole this is a great school, and while the buildings themselves are older, the technology is state-of-the-art.
One prominent factor that Sutter middle school displays is the awareness of food allergies. Each teacher is given a list of allergies that any individual child possess, and from there the teacher is able to curve certain activities for the benefit of all the students.
