I love how Sunnydale is like a big family. Since Sunnydale is a boarding school, the relationship teachers and students are closer comparing to other schools, while teaching the knowledge in the book, teachers also care about the students. They are actually interested in your life, they want to learn more about you personally.
Sunnydale also encourage students to go out of their bubbles and help others. This school have local and overseas, India or Africa, mission trips every year. Students will go to these different places to help building schools, helping others, or preaching to the local people to help them understand about God.
Lastly, Sunnydale have a variety of extra curricular. From music to art, from art to sports, the different kind of activities will never fail to make the student's high school life interesting. A lot of times each of the activities will travel to different places to perform or compete, which makes it fun.

I loved my experience at Sunnydale Academy. I was very lucky to attend, I think it gave me many life experiences in high school that I would’ve never experienced at a normal high school. Since Sunnydale is a boarding school it taught me how to live without my parents in a safe, still controlled environment. Although, I think some things about it the school could work on, including making more equal rules between guys and girls. Girls have stricter rules, shown by dress code and such. I think the should work harder on showing more equality.
Sunnydale is the perfect place to go if you are looking for diversity and a Christian atmosphere. As a student I have learned so much about my self. I have gotten closer to God and grew as an individual. At SAA we have students from all around the world; from Hong Kong to the Ivory Coast. Here you wont find yourself being prosecuted being to hype for God (it is actually encouraged). As for academics teachers never give up on you. Since it is a smaller school they have the time to give one on one. In dorm life expect to feel like a child to the deans and staff members. When ever you need help or just advice they will help you in ever way they can. If you are looking for a safe place to go Sunnydale is the place to be!
