The years I had at Sumter Academy were some of the best years of my life. I got a great education, while making great friends and having an awesome time. It’s a shame that it shut down this year, and no one will get to experience that anymore.

Since my school is small, the student- teacher relationship is on a personal basis. This really helps when you struggle in a class. I would choose this school again because of its small class size and the personal relationship the teacher and students have. There are also a lot of chances for students to play sports, which makes the high school experience that much better.
Teachers at school are always open to help students that may be struggling. No one gets left behind unless they do not go get help. Teachers are great and efficient with the subject they teach, and always give you the information you need. Their teaching styles are prime for the student to grasp the knowledge and apply it to real- world situations.
