Summit Prep has been an amazing academic environment for my three children. I have a current Sophomore and two graduates. My older children have achieved a level of success that they would not have been able to attain had they gone to a larger public high school. My Sophomore admittedly struggles with the smaller school setting but has a lot of social interactions with kids from neighboring high schools. He receives unparalleled teacher and admin support in his studies. He plays on several different sports teams and is involved in a variety of extra curricular activities through school. If your goal is for your child to attend the best 4 year university, I would suggest taking a look at Summit. They have a proven track record of success.

Summit Preparatory Highschool in Redwood City, California is a highly competitive school in which courses hold high academic rigor. Although the campus in small the community is wholesome and interconnected. The platform is a self-paced system set by checkpoints and graded projects that are always challenging as they are interesting. The teachers at Summit are kind and held after school hours often to help students.
Summit is a great place to meet new people and have amazing connections with teachers and administration. However, the overall courses need improvement. Summit Prep is good at changing things around and shifting things when they don't go accordingly, but sometimes the shift aren't always for the better.
