I think overall Summit is an average school and not worth the money of 10,000 dollars a year! The teachers range from poor to great but the ratio is more average/bad to good. The staff are very welcoming and so is everyone else at first, but then you start to see how they really act later. The school is very smart making it hard to do activities like sports. Some grades only have 10 people! I've heard from others that elementary isn't bad, but for high school never to go there, which I would agree with. There are many kind people and also many mean and weird people, so I would overall say don't come here in the first place or get involved.

Our 3 children have attended SCA for 3 years and love it! :) It's been our favorite school experience by far after being less than impressed with public and charter schools. Our kids have enjoyed their learning experiences as well as extra curricular involvement such as choir, volleyball, and cheerleading. The weekly worship time, Christian impact education, and Godly character focus has definitely had a wonderful impact on them and planted seeds that are blossoming into valuable life skills. All 3 of our children are happy to go to school and happy when we pick them up. We also love that they enjoy plenty of fresh air each day and a home-style meal from Ms. Bev's kitchen on an outdoor, covered, patio surrounded by beautiful, oak trees. I love that I feel God's presence every time I'm on campus and that the teachers and staff exude God's love and peace! Yes, I'm just as excited as my children that we have become "Summit Family"!
After having attended Summit for 7+ years I want to share my opinions. Summit is truly dedicated to their students and gives 110% to make the best out of anything. The teachers will always be there for your student(s) no matter what they need there is always someone to talk with. While everything has its pros and cons Summit does have a moderate staff turn over rate. All in all, they do a GREAT job with the resources they have!
