Summit Charter Collegiate Academy is a very small school in comparison to other schools in my town. It has less opportunities for people with a passion for success. Other schools in my town offer much more when it comes to music, computer science, language and media.
The school isn't aesthetically pleasing either, it looks very bland and bulky.
The track and field aren't rather great as there are many holes in the field which are accident prone. The track gets very slippery when the sprinklers are activated before we use it.
The technology section is decent as the school has integrated MacBook computers into the learning environment. Although, I feel that we've relied on them too much and that it can make us forget about how to do things without the internet.

It is a great small school where you can expand your knowledge and make many close connections. As someone who wants to attend a four year after high school, I have taken advantage of their college pathway. We are partnered with Porterville College, which allows students to take college classes to gain college credits. I am currently a senior and will be graduating with my high school diploma long with my Associates degree in Social Science.
Summit Charter Collegiate Academy is an awesome school! Although it is very small compared to the other very large high schools in the community, the students are able to have a connection with each other and staff that they wouldn't be able to have at any other school. Everyone at Summit Charter is respectful of each other and helpful in times of need!
