Summertown High School is one of the best places to learn from. From the many arts and literature programs to the athletics to the band, Summertown High School will always be held dear to my heart. Our school population, however, is very dense and increasing for our school size. Many attempts have been made to construct a new school nearby to solve this problem, yet, with lack of funding, our new school has been pushed further and further from our reach.

In order for Summertown High School to be more successful, we must first address this issue of size. If we do not, then students and parents will be turned away due to lack of space within the school.

I genuinely enjoyed my time as a student enrolled at Summertown High School, so much so that I happily exclaim that "I'll be an eagle 'til I die." The memories I made within those hallways, the countless band rehearsals and performances, every moment I relished being on the stage in the Little Theater, will forever remain with me.

With that said, however, I must admit that there was somewhat of a stigma in the school's administration. To any student enrolled, it was apparent that a form of preference was for the students who happened to participate in a sport or was born into a certain family.
This school has excellent sport programs! Although the academics here are not very diverse and do not get recognized very often.
