Suffern High School is a place where everyone can be themselves and getting some of the best education in the country. Our teachers are there for us to help during or after hours. Students work together with one another in their classes as well as independently to to achieve academic success. We have many clubs and activities that students can participate in and do the things they enjoy. They are able express their creativity and talents through these clubs. Sports are a big part of suffern high school. Wins in games and athletic achievement are greatly promoted. One thing I would change in suffern high school is showing more appreciation for other clubs and activities around the school for example: art achievements, music achievements, engineering achievements and many other achievements through students extracurricular activities. Suffern high school should be proud their sports as well as the many other activities that take place.

My experiences at Suffern High School were quite extraordinary. The amount of clubs and varsity athletics the schools has to offer are remarkable. Through clubs like DECA, Spanish Honor Society, and many more, I have been able to create friendships and bonds that will last forever. I have also been able to acquire many leadership skills and confidence through success in these clubs. What is unique about Suffern High School is its diversity and the close knit relationships formed throughout the school. There is truly nothing I would change about the school, it's a great atmosphere with amazing opportunities, what's not to love?
Suffern High School, in spite of all its minor imperfections, provides superior stepping stones for college and life beyond high school. Teachers and staff make themselves readily available to guide students towards their college and professional careers. In addition to offering websites to help students navigate the college-hunting process, the administration also organizes a plethora of events such as college information seminars.
That being said, there are some realms in which I find Suffern High School may be lacking; Namely, the school's business courses.
Preparing for the "real world" involves garnering a very broad set of skills, ranging from interpersonal communication, certain educational backgrounds, and an understanding of the ever-expanding role of finance in one's everyday life. Suffern High School offers several Finance related courses, however it is my perception such courses are underfunded, understaffed, and given less attention than they deserve.
