Stratford High School has a variety of opportunities to offer students. First, the sports program within the school district is flourishing, therefore if sports are interesting to an individual it is very easy and encouraging to be involved. Secondly, the counselors and some teachers work very efficiently to help students become college ready. Although the school district has perk there are things that are in need of change. Starting with the music and fine art departments. These departments are highly underrated and do not receive the recognition or attention deserved. Secondly, the administration within the district could use some guidance. There are policies and actions carried out by the administration that are questionable or not needed.

My time at Stratford High School has been an amazing experience. I have been able to meet such kind and unbelievable people at my time here. I had more opportunities to do different things than I ever thought possible. The teachers and staff are all so helpful and friendly to everyone. I had many different choices, such as the classes I could take. I was able to earn 18 college credits throughout my four years there. I am so incredibly proud to be graduating from Stratford High School this May and am happy to say that my four years of high school was spent there.
We have a TON of extracurricular activities....FFA, FBLA, SADD, NHS, CFO, Math League, Quiz Bowl, Varsity Club, AV Club, Spanish Club, Art Club, Forencics, Mock Trial, sports including volleyball, football, cross country, a GREAT wrestling program, girls and boys basketball, baseball, softball, and track and field. I am sure I am also missing a few clubs too!
