Stratford highschool has it's pros and cons just as any highschool does.
There are many club opportunities offered such as Art Club, Creative Writing Club, Mu Alpha Theta, Renaissance, Jefferson Community Service, DECA, BETA, and many others.
There are also a variety of electives classes, like culinary, woodshop, business, accounting, guitar, strings, band, ect. that some highschool's may not offer.
There are opportunities to earn college credits (Dual Credit & AP classes) along with great counselors to help you sort out your classes to enable you to do well in classes and still enjoy the highschool experience.

This school has great teachers and administration! However, they have less programs and classes to offer. They have an awesome band and ROTC program but their sports are average.
My experience at Stratford High School has been amazing. I came to this school from another district, not knowing anyone. The friendly school environment and students helped me fit in and make amazing friends. Many of the teachers help encourage the students to do their work the best they can. I've had many great teachers at Stratford that I won't soon forget. There are a few problems, but nothing too outrageous. I would say the food here isn't very good and they typically run out of food by third lunch. Many students actually bring lunch from home. College readiness needs to be taught more. I want students and myself to be ready for college by the fall and have the skills necessary to succeed. I would say I am proud to be a Stratford Knight and once a Knight, always a Knight.
