Stockdale High School was an absolutely fantastic experience for me! The teachers, the students, the opportunities, and everything else about the school is nearly perfect. Stockdale has arguably the most academic high school campus in Bakersfield, sending students to some of the most elite colleges including Harvard, MIT, Stanford, USC, UCLA, and many more. I am extremely happy with Stockdale and all of its opportunities and I will forever be grateful for the years I was privileged to attend this school.

Walking in Stockdale High School, you see diversity, excellence, and school spirit. In my 4 years of attending this school, I have been exposed to many different cultures, challenged in my academics, and have felt loved by everyone. Stockdale High School is a great school for students who are looking for college readiness, great classes with amazing teachers, and unique clubs like Punjabi Club or Spanish Honor Society. This school offers great electives like the Medical Academy and Greek Mythology. The staff are very friendly and truly want you to succeed, not just in academics, but also in life. Students here are diverse, friendly, and have lots of school spirit! There are no cliques. All students are welcoming. They have good sports programs and they offer many activities, you sure will not be disappointed. Lastly, have a wonderful mustang day!
My experience at Stockdale was amazing I came into that school only knowing my sisters to now knowing a lot of people that are my true friends. Not only did I leave Stockdale with amazing friends but I also left some teachers that have made an impact on my life and taught me so much not only from the books, but about life as well. The teachers at Stockdale were always eager to help out a student, only if the student really needed and wanted the help. Another thing Stockdale is probably the most diverse high school out of the whole district. Going to a diverse school also taught me a lot about other people's culture and being open-minded with new things my friends show me. Stockdale is a great school and the teachers and friends changed my life for bigger and better things. Always and Forever a Mustang. Go Mustangs! 🐴
