The Spartan community is very involved in their education, athletics, clubs, activities, and students. The school dances and sporting events were never a disappointment. It was so easy to form relationships with teachers, counselors, and other students.I was always pushed to do my best and be my best, inside and outside of school. I played softball one year at Stevenson and I had the best coach, and met many great teammates that made practices four times a week, and games in between, worth it. I made many friends throughout my four years there, and continue to connect with people from high school that I never used to talk to. Stevenson helped me grow as a person educationally, socially, and mentally. I'm grateful for all the opportunities and memories Stevenson gave me. I'm proud to be a Spartan!

Stevenson is a great school. The only thing I didn't care for is the councilors don't seem to very involved with the advanced students. My son has only seen his councilor 2 times, once in 9th grade and once in 10th. I really hope that changes this coming year because college help is really needed. But overall we have had no issues with the school. My son will be going to Schoolcraft college his senior year for math because he is so advanced which is a great thing! His teacher all have been great and seem to want him to succeed.
Classes were great! But the school needs a lot of updates. In the winter there's no heat and in the spring there's no air conditioning. The thing that needs the most improvement would be the drinking fountains. They are old and stained yellow. The water comes out a bad color, and is undrinkable. So the schools current solution is vending machines; which works but for students who don't have money or are trying to cut back on plastic water bottles to be more echo friendly they are bad.
