To me Sterlington High School is the best school in north Louisiana! Sterlington not only provides us with an A+ education, it gives many people with different talents a way to showcase them through various clubs, sports, and organizations. In Sterlington You get that small town feeling in which we all love so much because we are all so close. What stands out most in our school that you don't see in other much anymore is we keep God and America in everything we do! You will see us praying before any function at our school, and saying the pledge of allegiance! I take so much pride in being a Sterlington Panther and honestly couldn't see my self at any other school.

Well, I have attended SHS for 4 years now. For the rest of my days, I will cherish the memories and time spent there. The friends and knowledge I have gained have prepared me for my future. Sterlington High School’s teachers have genuinely prepared me to tackle all the obstacles facing me at college. The influence from the teachers and staff have helped me to commit to Louisiana Tech! Sterlington has allowed me to become a leader in my school and a helper to my community. The options are limitless to me because I have been taught that I am a panther and a panther can do anything!
Sterlington high school is a family. Each teacher does his or her absolute best to ensure that every student is well prepared for life after high school. Students obtain more than just academic knowledge. We learn life lessons every day! I can truly say that there is few to no aspects I would change about sterlington high. The curriculum is challenging, and the faculty offers everything they can to help students get ahead in their college careers. As said before there is only one word to describe sterlington high school, a family.
