I absolutly love being apart of Stephen F. Austin State University. This is my senior year as a student, and it has been the best experience. There have been so many amazing opportunities for me educationally, and socially. SFASU has helped me strive for my dream job, as well as find forever friends. Thankful for these last couple of years! Axe 'Em Jacks #SFASU2021
Stephen F. Austin State University is the perfect college with a big campus that is not too big to get lost on. Surrounded by the quaint town of Nacogodoches, SFA is a beautiful campus with many trees and flowers. There are squirrels everywhere that are very friendly and cute. The students on campus are extremely kind and helpful when you need assistance with anything from school work to providing company while eating in the Student Center or East College cafeteria. Although the town of Nacogdoches is small, there are plenty of trails, parks and outdoor activities to keep you busy. Not to mention the campus is very active in including students in campus activities such as capture the flag, painting in dorms and a campus marathon. The library is a great place to study too and has a myriad of great sources and resources available for students and alumni. There's also a career center on campus that helps students and alumni by providing resources and assistance in creating resumes.
Great university! The staff is so helpful! They care so much about making sure that you have everything that you need. I was having issues with my scholarship but they worked very diligently to make sure that I had everything I knew to accept it.
