Stamford High School is a very diverse amazing school that provides students with many opportunities and a great education in general. This school has plenty of amazing extracurriculars and sports that are open to everyone and give students the amazing opportunity to be able to play. The academics of this school are good, most teachers are great and make sure their students are doing well in their class and make sure that their class understand what is being taught. The environment of this school could be better, however, overall the school is great and always clean. My personal experience with Stamford High is great! I've had such an amazing time in time here and feel that this school really does everything possible to make sure that their students feel safe and comfortable and that is something that many schools lack, howevers Stamford does not. In conclusion, in my opinion, overall, this school is pretty good and I feel I can say I've had a pretty good experience.
I liked that the guidance councelars help you and check up on you and how your grades are doing. You could be very open about yourself and you make many friends. My favorite class is pottery which i really reccomend. It is very calming which is good to be at school. The teachers also are very supportive and they are very fun to be aroung with! Overall, my experience just as a freshman of this highschool has been amazing. There are many fun clubs to participate in. There are also many sports groups you could join. There are also additional resources outside school that teachers recommend. Such as after schools or rograms that you could enter to get extra help with your homework. At this school you always feel included. The most important thing of highschool is to have a lot of fun and enjoy it. That's what Stamford High is all baout they always make your experience fun and worth it. Additional, food such as meals are given after school to help anyone. Over all This school helped me.
Stamford High School is a great public school in Connecticut with a very diverse community. The students are competitive and the race to be the ideal student is very prevalent. If Stamford High had to fix something about itself it would definitely have to be its facilities. Although the school has many academic resources for students of all backgrounds, the buildings are run down, most of the bathrooms are old and deteriorating and the cafeteria food is objectively not good. Aside from the infrastructure of the building, the culture at Stamford High definitely centers on college readiness whether it be at the hands of self-motivated students or the teachers that genuinely care about making sure their students have a comfortable understanding with the course content.
