St. X is the Jesuit college preparatory school in Cincinnati, part of the network of Jesuit high schools across the country. Our mission is to assist young men in their formation as leaders and Men for Others through rigorous college preparation in the Jesuit tradition. The goal we set for our graduates at graduation is to be open to growth, intellectually competent, religious, loving, and committed to doing justice.

I think that this school really is something special. The moment I stepped through the doors of the St. Xavier High School campus, I felt at home and I felt a part of something bigger than anything I had ever experienced before. I believe that the best part, academically, of St. X is the course rigor and management. I truly believe that after attending St. X for three years, I can definitely that my time management skills have gone through the roof. When balancing sports, class loads, and social life, it used to be tricky to get everything done, but after listening to others and planning most things out, I've found myself thriving with managing all the things I love to do, as well as school work.
Saint Xavier has a very driven environment that brings the best out of everyone there, whether in academics, sports, fine arts, community service, or other extracurricular activities. They have done a great job of building the necessary support systems and resources for students in need for financial aid and academic support and tutoring. Next, with the various different classes that students can take best suited to their abilities, everyone is adequately challenged to help foster growth within all the young men at the school. While Saint Xavier encourages excellence in all areas of life, it is okay to need help because of the welcoming and understanding environment that has been developed. Overall, it is a great school to foster growth and bring the best out of young men who are fortunate enough to go there.
Great culture and feel with support from both the staff and fellow classmates. Academically challenging and rigorous which adequately prepares you for both college and post-education. Environment was welcoming and collaborative, without being too peer-to-peer competitive. Lots of great clubs, sports, and activities that compete at a high level, are fun and funded, and allow for lifelong friendships. School structure was good and helped facilitate learning, responsibility, and freedom. Teachers were knowledgeable, attentive, helpful, caring, and fun. I enjoyed my time here immensely and felt that it prepared me and made me into the man I am today.
