From St. Timothy School

Serving the San Mateo Community since 1961, St. Timothy School works in partnership with the Archdiocese of San Francisco and school families provide a safe and vibrant learning environment for students in grades kindergarten through eight. Educated in the Roman Catholic faith, students develop their skills as loving Christians, innovative learners, giving citizens, humble students, and thoughtful communicators.

The dedicated faculty and staff of St. Timothy School work with school families to provide a strong academic curriculum and a faith-filled, welcoming, safe environment for students. Our school has small class sizes, a full-day kindergarten, and before-and after-school Extended Care. Students receive differentiated instruction, music, physical education, Spanish, social emotional learning, and art. A strong athletics program, after school programs, and many opportunities for student leadership and community service support a well-rounded school program.
